It has come to my attention that someone has been posting:

To newsgroups, chatrooms..etc.  As you are aware, this page contains a
malicious javascript that crashes the browser.  This is in violation of
the ValueWeb AUP which includes:
 
Use of ValueWeb's connection in a manner that is disruptive, damaging,
unlawful, offensive, or intrusive as determined by ValueWeb shall be
considered a breach of this Policy and may result in cancellation of
service.
 
Please remove this offending link/page and refrain from posting it in the
future.  Failure to remove the link/page, or more occurences of this type
of issue will result in account termination.

DESCRIPTION:
Heard about you from the site: jodi.org, one of my
favorite websites. Want to let you know:

1. jodi.org gets updated and doesn't always explode browsers.

2. You guys are free to do your thing, but your jodi.org warning makes you look like a bunch of Nazis.

3. IMHO you shot yourself in the foot with this one. The exploding browser windows pissed me off too, especially since I opened it at work as the boss was walking through the door, but I have a sense of humor and got over it.

4. I' rather encounter web sites that crash my browser than overly oppressive and/or boring sites.

5. It' one thing to ask people to take a disruptive or illegal site off your server.
It's another thing to insist that people remove a link from their sites. Maybe you ought to ask everyone who violates copyright to remove all offending files...that' more of a problem
than one silly JavaScript joke...

I have no association with the creators of jodi.org and don' even know who he/she/they are. This is just my opinion as a web user.
